Hello there, my name is Chris & I am relatively new to the world of blogging I joined Hubpages nearly 2 years ago & totally forgot about it for about a year & now I am now completely hooked. I am also a keen amateur photographer & a live music enthusiast. I like to keep up with local & world news. I have an opinion on most things & will have my say & most of all enjoy expressing my opinions & reading what other people have to say & I love a good old debate.
Why the name 'its a mean old scene' you may ask? well! in my youth when my home town was a dark smokey mill town, someone had wrote it on a wall & it stayed there for many a year, it has long gone now but I walk past the wall most days & yes it is sadly still 'a mean old scene'.
